7/17/04 Nantucket News from Capt. Lynne Heyer

Good Morning. It's another beautiful day in Paradise.

There are blues everywhere!

What's more, James Kilmartin was fishing with his family yesterday while doing some scouting around, and he came upon a school of bones up on the surface. Didn't catch any.

There are lots of stripers too. Capt. Jeff and Warren Stern landed three nice stripers yesterday while sightfishing. Jeff and Capt. Shawn have been seeing good numbers of bass that are still hanging around. Getting the bass to eat has been another story.

My big news is that I went Fluke fishing with Meg and Lori Blair yesterday, and we had a blast. We went out on their Hinckley, which is a very cushy ride. We headed to the back side of Great Point, and we landed six nice Fluke. What a nice way to spend the afternoon.
