For some time TU has had an attorney assigned to work on water flow legislation and regulation in the New England states. He is becoming increasingly involved in these issues in Massachusetts.
We are seeking lawyers who could assist him in preparing amicus briefs in state administrative proceedings, drafting comments on regulations, and other things that lawyers do. He could also use assistance from TU members with technical backgrounds in stream flow, water quality, and so on.
